We have built a state-of-the-art infrastructure setup which allows us to meet vast market challenges in a prominent way. Spread over a large area, our manufacturing unit comprises advance machinery like punching machine, cutting machine, printing machine, etc., running on modern technology. We offer our product with every essential needs like :
GSM (Gram per square meter) Testings:
All the papers are measured in this way, that it takes one square meter of the paper and find out its weight and you get a result of some x grams per square meter, this is called as the GSM of the craft paper.
BF Testing ( Burst Factor Testing):
We measure all the factors, such as bursting factor. Bursting strength is the most widely used strength parameter for kraft paper. It is thought to be indicative of the resistivity of paper of Bursting Forces found in transit or in storage.
CS Testing ( Compressive Strength Testing):
We also provide our product through CS Testing. Compressive strength is the capacity of a corrugated box to withstand loads tending to reduce size. This can be calculated by plotting practical force against the mutilation in a testing machine.
ECT Testing ( Edge Crush Test):
We also provide testing of Edge Crush Test for corrugated boxes. ECT It is measured by compressing a small segment of board on edge between two rigid plates perpendicular to the direction of the flutes until a peak load is established.
Moisture Testing:
We check Moisture Testing of corrugated boxes. Moisture Testing are Strength properties of Craft paper are directly related to moisture levels in the paper / board. By and large, greater the moisture level, lower the strength.
Bursting Strength :
We also provide our product through BS Testing ( Bursting Strength) of Paperboard and Linerboard for testing corrugated sheet & cartoon.
